Company vision
Vision:
The
company wants the next five years to remain a leader in the field of
geodesy and cartography in the region and become a leader in the entire
country. At the same time we want to play a prominent role both in the EU and the former Yugoslavia. In the area within our borders, we remain particularly satisfactory and preferred provider DARS, SMA-U, and DRSC-ROM-u MOP. In
particular, we want all foreign customers for our services, demonstrate
the quality, accuracy, reliability, professionalism and performance of
the services we provide.
Strategy:
In
the years 2007-2013 to carry out at least 5 projects within the
European cohesion policy, more specifically within the third objective:
European Territorial Cooperation. Through these projects to achieve renown, which we have in Slovenia. Much emphasis will be given to the activities at the local level where it is much room for maneuver. The
first phase will be more active in the "Styrian region", and later
throughout the države.Skladno with business expansion, we will
strengthen the human resources sector, because we want to maintain the
quality of the products. Active application of advances in techniques, technologies and skills that are key to success. Every
transaction is concluded to carry out a proper, fair and in accordance
with the agreement because we both come up much needed track record of
success in foreign markets

Extended operation in foreign markets
We are aware that the introverted operation does not produce long-term success. So we will focus on selling services markets of the former Yugoslavia and EU markets. In 2010 we will achieve over 75% of the direct sales market outside the RS.
The increase in operating profit

when we raise the level of quality service and their performance, and
expanded our business into foreign markets, we expect, or want to
increase the operating profit.
